A Guilford County jury acquitted Greensboro lawyer TO Pella Stokes of a single fraud-related felony charge today. The judge declared a mistrial on four remaining felony charges after the jury deadlocked on those. After the trial, the jury forewoman said that a 7-5 split on the jury favored acquittal on the remaining charges.
