Fugitive captured by Winston-Salem Police

ZACHARY FLETCHER
"Officers with the Winston-Salem Police Department observed Zachary Fletcher standing beside a vehicle in the 800 block of N. Cameron Avenue. Officers recognized Zachary Fletcher, who is a fugitive on Federal drug charges. Upon seeing the officers, Zachary Fletcher ran into his residence, 820 N. Cameron Avenue with officers in pursuit on foot. Zachary Fletcher was taken into custody without incident inside his residence.

Officers obtained a search warrant and executed same at 820 N. Cameron Avenue. As a result of the search warrant the following was seized:

 27 Unfired Rounds of Ammunition
 4 Smart Phones
 3 Digital Scales
 13 Bank Cards
 Counterfeit $100 Bill
 Mak 12 .380 Caliber handgun
 $387.00 US Currency
 6.5 Xanax Pills (1.68 Gm)
 4 Hydrocodone Pills (1.69 Gm) 
 274.26 Grams of Crack Cocaine
Cocaine Residue

Zachary Fletcher was charged by the Winston-Salem Police Department with the following crimes:

 Trafficking Cocaine
 Possession with Intent to sell and Deliver Cocaine
 Possession of Cocaine within 1000 Feet of a school
 Possession with Intent to sell and Deliver Schedule II narcotics
 Possession with Intent to sell and Deliver Schedule IV narcotics
 Resist and Delay an Officer
 Alter/Destroy Evidence
 Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
 Possession of Counterfeit Currency ($100 Bill)
 Possession with Intent to sell and Deliver Schedule III narcotics
 Maintaining a Vehicle for the purpose of violation the NC Controlled Substance Act
 Maintaining a Dwelling for the purpose of violation the NC Controlled Substance Act
 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Zachary Fletcher was served with the following Federal Fugitive Warrants:

Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine
Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of Drug Trafficking
Possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon

Zachary Fletcher was given No Bond Allowed on a Federal Detainer and placed into the Forsyth County Law Enforcement Detention Center.
