"GREENSBORO, NC - The Taylor Turner Hatchery Pond at Lake Higgins Park will be restocked with rainbow trout on Wed., Dec. 16. The park will be open for anglers to view the stocking and normal fishing activities. Anglers 16 years old and older must have a valid North Carolina fishing license, but a trout stamp is not required. The fee is $1 to fish and $4 per pound of fish caught. All fish caught must be weighed and kept. This is not a catch and release fishing opportunity. Lake Higgins is open Wednesdays through Sundays from 8 am to 4 pm.
