‘Participatory budgeting’ meeting to be held in Greensboro

The Fund for Democratic Communities hopes to bring a concept known as participatory budgeting, described as allowing “citizens direct control over how to spend a meaningful portion of their tax dollars in their communities,” to Greensboro.
