Hearing on Winston-Salem business improvement district to be held tonight

The Winston-Salem City Council holds a public hearing on the creation of a downtown business improvement district tonight.

The hearing will be held during the council's regular meeting at 7 p.m. in Room 239 of City Hall, located at 101 N. Main St.
