The Creamery, located at 230-A S. Elm Street, in downtown Greensboro offered up some 200 FREE grass-fed burgers to hungry customers Sat., April 26. The free feeding was part of the Grand Opening festivities of their Grass-Fed burger bar. The Creamery has been serving ice cream for several months and just added the new feature.
In a Press Release, they state "Our goal and mission is to bring Greensboro a fun, fresh burger bar while supporting farms that are in our backyard. A few things that you can look forward to: grass-fed beef from Summerfield Farm, cheeses from Ashe County Cheese, Chapel Hill Creamery, and Goat Lady Dairy, and farm fresh veggies. We will also be featuring Full Steam Brewery, Foothills Brewing, Ballast Point, Coronado, Beer Army, Southern Appalachian, Lost Coast, Red Brick, Weyerbacker, and of course, Red Oak on our rotating beer menu. Opening soon with the hours of Tues-Wed. 5-10, Thurs-Sat. 5-11. And of course, our soon to be famous Reuben w/house made kraut is on the menu!"
