JOHN RAINES LAUNCHES FOURTH AND TRADE

Fourth and Trade Offers Unique Retail Experience With Hybrid Store

"John Raines, veteran commercial photographer, today announced the launch of a new home accessories, art and gift shop named for the prestigious location that it will occupy at the
corner of Fourth and Trade streets in downtown Winston-Salem.

The new store will also offer jewelry, original photography and many one of
a kind items. “Our unique twist however, will be our custom fabrication
services for original home and retail fixtures and projects, creative classes in
photography, art and crafts, wine and beer bar and live music,” said owner
John Raines.

“We fell in love with The Arcade Building and the unique opportunity for
dynamic window displays that this historic location will afford us,” said
Chelsea Wronko, director of Marketing. “Ken Blackburn, Building
Manager and Senior Vice President with Wells Fargo Wealth Management
and building owner Starbuck Ventures have been great in providing the
necessary renovations to this iconic building,” added Raines.

Fourth and Trade is expected to be open for business around December 1st,
after an extensive renovation currently underway. Much of the construction
will be to reclaim the original architectural integrity of this wonderful
historic asset to downtown Winston-Salem.

“We are very excited to become an integral part of the vibrant downtown
Winston-Salem community. We will strive to be a creative asset and to
become a must see for a truly unique shopping experience,” said Raines.
Jack Steelman, Miller Hatcher Commercial Real Estate Broker for the
project, stated “We’ve been looking for a business with the right mixture of
products and services that can truly represent the intersection of 4th and
Trade Streets. John Raines has captured that with his vision for Fourth and
Trade.”
