Prospect Brands partners with apparel veteran Critt Rawlings, in fine gentlemen’s clothing brand Crittenden & Company.

"Prospect Brands, LLC today announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire a majority interest in Crittenden & Company, LLC expanding the company’s apparel portfolio which also includes the southern lifestyle icon, Duck Head, and the technology and outerwear company, Gerbing. Luxury apparel veteran, Critt Rawlings who has more than 50 years of experience in the industry, founded Crittenden in 2003. Crittenden produces fine men’s jackets, dress shirts, neckwear, sweaters and trousers.  Crittenden is sold at leading men’s specialty stores across the United States, in addition to the company’s flagship store located in Midway, KY.
