established film website based in Winston-Salem, will present A Conversation
with Robert R’ichard, the Hollywood child star, television and film
actor, on Thursday, April 23 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Millennium Center,
second floor Court Room. Students from local universities and emerging

Robert R’ichard has been professionally
acting since the age of 13. He got his start as the lead on the popular Nickelodeon
sitcom “Cousin Skeeter.”
His breakout role was in the TV adaptation of Anne Rice's novel “The Feast of All Saints,”
in which he played the young Marcel. He also played Alex on “Touched By An
Angel” and Arnaz Ballard on the UPN show “One on One.” Ri'chard has guest starred
on many hit shows, including “CSI: Miami,” “Veronica Mars,” “The Vampire Diaries,”
and “CSI: NY.” In 2010, he portrayed Derek on a season of Tyler Perry’s “Meet
the Browns.” In addition to television, Ri’chard has appeared in feature films
including “Light It Up” with R&B artist Usher, “Coach Carter” and the 2005
remake of “House of Wax.” His upcoming film “Chocolate City” is set
to be released in May.
Outpour Films,
founded in Winston-Salem in 2014, is a new online community for student and
amateur filmmakers. Through key partnerships, the website will become the
bridge between emerging filmmakers and Hollywood. Users can create a profile,
upload, watch, share, rate, and comment on films at no cost. The site also
allows users to link their collaborators on projects, tag films with genres and
descriptors, and attach demo reels to their profiles. Filmmakers and viewers
