Wet’n Wild Emerald Pointe presents… Veterans Appreciation Weekend MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND (May 28-30)

"May 24^th, 2016 – Greensboro, NC - WET’N WILD EMERALD POINTE invites you to join us Memorial Day Weekend for a special celebration featuring FREE PARK ADMISSION for all veterans (active, non-active & reserves)!  Join us for a fun-filled family weekend SATURDAY, MAY 28^TH through Monday, May 30^th as we celebrate with our area veterans and their families!  Wet’n Wild operating hours will be 10:00am until 5:00pm each day.  

(Wet’n Wild Emerald Pointe is now open weekends only; daily operation begins June 10, 2016)

VETERANS APPRECIATION WEEKEND festivities also include a special promotion with Save $10.00 on daily park General Admission Tickets for the weekend (May 28-30, 2016 only) with Veterans Appreciation Discount Coupons available at Greensboro area CHICK-FIL-A locations!  A minimum donation of $7,500.00 will be presented for Triad area veterans’ assistance.  In addition, on Memorial Day, May 30^th, a flag-raising ceremony presented by the NORTH CAROLINA NATIONAL HONOR GUARD will be held at 9:45am with the National Anthem performed on trumpet by MARK LOY followed by a presentation of the donation check to local officials (inside the park Main Entrance at the Flag Pole area).  Sponsors of Veterans Appreciation Weekend are HAECO (formerly TIMCO), HOME DEPOT, WET’N WILD EMERALD POINTE and THE CRESCENT ROTARY CLUB.
