Larry Gavreau, a member of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School Board, announces his resignation as publisher of The Rhinoceros Times Charlotte edition.
In an e-mail sent to advertisers at 7:20 a.m., Gavreau wrote, “I’m forever grateful to our readers, advertisers and all the new friendships that came my way during my time with the paper. It’s been a very special part of my life.”
