This week's edition of YES! Weekly features a story on local filmmaker Christopher Holmes. A graduate of UNCG’s master of fine arts program in film and video production, Holmes received a $10,000 grant from the NC Arts Council to produce his next film, The Lost Colony. Holmes hopes the grant will spur additional investment of up to $50,000 in the film, which will be shot at the Outer Banks next fall.
