This Saturday (Feb. 12) from 10 am until 6 pm, the Edible Schoolyard at the Greensboro Children's Museum will be streaming the TED Talk entitled "Changing the Way We Eat" live from Manhattan.
"This event... gives us a chance to gain insights from nationally recognized speakers who we may not otherwise be able to see speaking on the issue of sustainable food systems," garden educator and volunteer coordinator at the Edible Schoolyard Katrina Siladi said in an email.
There will be signs up at the Children's Museum directing attendees to the entrance on Church Street. The event is free and open to the public. You can find more information on TED Talks here: http://www.tedxmanhattan.org/speakers/

Eric: Thank you so much for posting information on this TEDx Talk and for the wonderful work of sharing the magic of TED with your readers. The Edible Schoolyard stream will introduce many of your participants to TED and hopefully to many more TED-like sites. Thank you for helping to spread the word about great talks on the Internet.
