Greensboro Fashion Week 2014: Foreign Cars Italia and Porsche of Greensboro presents the 1st Annual Fashion Week of Greensboro.

"Sept. 5 and 6, Foriegn Cars Italia and Porsche of Greensboro presents the 1st annual Greensboro Fashion Week with the debut theme: ―Shooting for the Stars‖ This inaugural runway exhibition is created and produced by Witneigh Davis and Giovanni Ramadani, a fashionable duo that has reveled in the Greensboro fashion culture for over 5 years. In keeping with this theme, they have partnered with a true star in the Greensboro community. This year’s platinum sponsor, Jeff Francisco, owner of Foreign Cars Italia and Porsche of Greensboro, has been in business for over 35 years and is the Triad’s most reputable dealer for Ferrari's, Maserati's, Aston Martins, and Porches.

Four-time Emmy winning cinematographer, Wilky Black, from Hayzen's Productions of Greensboro will be capturing these stars on video. Black is sure to shine alongside fellow Grammy alum, Kyle Britt. Britt, this year’s Lead Stylist and also a Greensboro native, was a standout hair stylist for the 2013 Grammy awards and has made his mark in over 10 high-fashion shows.

Stars are sure to be out as Greensboro's fashion elite come together to create an eclectic runway showcase of modern style and trend setting fashion. Every aspect of the production (the lighting and set design, marketing and promotion, vendors, models, support staff, and of course, the runway collections) have been created to both showcase and introduce the Greensboro fashion scene. Ultimately, Greensboro Fashion Week's mission is to create a fashion movement that inspires and encourages the community to accept and embrace the fashion industry and its local presence.

This is an exciting opportunity for local and regional designers, make-up artists, models, and boutique owners to showcase their talent through the energy of a major runway production. Besides highlighting this local talent, the show hopes to foster new relationships between these individuals so that they may meet, collaborate, learn, and inspire one another—ensuring the growth of this industry for years to come.
Guests of the show can also expect exquisite intermission entertainment in the form of a surprise local vocalist.
