Salem Glen Golf & Country Club will donate up to $50,000.00 to local faith and charity organizations in 2015.

"Salem Glen Golf & Country Club would like to offer an opportunity to partner with churches along with faith and non-profit charity organizations to increase their donations with our “Sharing by Caring Charity Program.”

With the season of giving upon us, the Lima Family, owners of Salem Glen Golf & Country Club, want to share their good will and generosity with the community.

We ask community non-profit groups and faith organizations in the Triad area to contact Salem Glen with their request for Organization Identification Cards. The Club will send cards to share with their participants, employees and supporters, which they will use to identify the organization they wish to support.

Upon presentation of the Organization ID cards, for each round of golf purchased at Salem Glen Golf & Country Club, $1.00 will be donated to that organization. Also, if hats purchased $2.00 will be donated, and for apparel purchased, $5.00 will be donated. At the end of each quarter, charities will receive their donation check calculated for that time period.

“We are hoping that many organizations will take advantage of this opportunity,” said Vince Lima, owner. “We want to partner and create something really wonderful. Sharing is part of being a good citizen and neighbor and we want to be just that.”

We are excited about this opportunity to share. We are honored to support the good works of our faith based and charity organizations. We hope many will consider partnering with Salem Glen Golf & Country Club.

The season of giving will begin, January 1 and continue through December 31, 2015.

All organizations must be non- profit.
