and Hampton by Hilton hotels, has just awarded the Hampton Inn and Suites Greensboro Coliseum
Area with a Lighthouse
Award. The
second most prestigious award in the brand, the Lighthouse Award is given
annually only to properties that rank in the top 5% out of all Hampton Inn and
Suite properties in the Americas. Hotels rankings are based on and recognize
the level of excellence in customer service, quality, cleanliness,
accommodations, and overall guest satisfaction.
The Award Winning
property,
just three years old, has previously
received Hiltons Circle of Excellence Award for 2014 and has received awards
from Hilton each quarter since the first quarter of 2014. The property has also
received two outstanding quality assurance evaluations following their inspections
in 2015. TripAdvisor.com, where they rank #1in the Greensboro area has also
awarded them a certificate of excellence.

The Hampton Inn and
Suites Greensboro Coliseum Area, a CN Hotels Inc. owned property opened brand new
on October 24, 2012. Run
by General Manager Karen Grissom and Sales Manager Rachel Amelkin, the property
has 109 rooms, including spacious King Studio Suites. All rooms, decorated in a
modern soothing decor, include refrigerators and microwaves. All registered
guests enjoy their complimentary full hot breakfast each morning, and
especially love the waffle station. Other great amenities include an indoor
heated saline pool, a 24 hour state of the art fitness center, a 24 hour
business center, 24 hour coffee / tea/ hot chocolate station, and Free Wi-Fi.
The hotel also has a
meeting space. Available for rent it holds up to 55 guests depending on the
configuration. Aside from meetings the space is often rented for baby showers,
wedding rehearsals, bridal showers, networking events, and as a place for
sports teams to gather.
