ARREST MADE in Indecent Exposure case

"The Winston-Salem Police Department, Wake Forest University Police Department, and Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the media and members of the community for their assistance with identifying the unknown male.

The male was identified as David Eric Mills, 41, of 1890 Ardmore Road, Winston-Salem. Based on the investigation into the indecent exposure at Hanes Park and at Wake Forest University, David Mills was arrested without incident and charged with three (3) counts of Indecent Exposure and one (1) count of Trespassing.

Further investigation led to David Mills being charged with Manufacturing Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver (PWISD) Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Jail, Trafficking/PWISD Heroin, Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance, Possession of a Scheduled II Controlled Substance, and Maintaining a Dwelling for Controlled Substance.

David Mills is currently in the Forsyth County Detention Center under a $207,000 bond. More charges are pending."
