1. I am still becoming educated on the early action compact program, but I believe the city will take the neccesary actions to meet and exceed the EPA recommendations. (29)
2. a) New roads — primary way of transportation in Guilford County; b) increased bus service — the most practical way of transport if you do not own a car; c) light rail — very good means to get places faster and more efficiently; and d) bicycle facilities — more for recreation than primary means of transport. (53)
3. We need to try very hard to get major companies to buy into our city connections plan 2025. We also need to make our city the best possible fit for new kinds of businesses, instead of the manufacturing image our cities and state currently show. (46)
4. Yes. The factors are, Will the new company impact our economy? Will it create enough jobs to see a boost in individual city taxes? Will it having staying power in our economy? Will it comply to our current and future standards of business? (44)
5. By helping them expand if they want too, and by supporting buying local goods if possible. (17)
6. I am still being educated on this issue, but I believe that all businesses should make sure those citizens working for them are compensated to the best of the companies’ means. (32)
7. I think that we need to concentrate on the geographical area that we already have. I believe that you always work from the inside out. (26)

9. I believe that there were major issues with our police department and I believe the city manager and council handled it the best way possible. (26)
10. No, I believe that is what the city manager, his staff, the mayor and council are for. It would be hard to have a police review board if the citizens are not aware of all the changing laws from day to day. (43)
