Winston-Salem State University’s mobile health clinic truck will be parked at 1207 4th Street in Greensboro on Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a free health screening day sponsored by United Youth Care and Adult Human Services. Staff will be available to check vital signs, cholesterol and glucose level, weigh, height and body mass index, among other services.
