Chef Brown brings over ten years of experience to the table, including owning his own restaurant, holding executive chef positions at five star resorts, traveling the world as a yacht chef, and working at award wining vineyards in the Napa Valley. He also received extensive training at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena, California.
“The timing couldn’t have been better,” says Kristen Ray, Founder of End Posts and Director of Membership Experience at JOLO Winery & Vineyards. “We were in need of a chef with extraordinary vision to provide the experience of a lifetime for our wedding and event guests as well as our restaurant guests and Brian was the perfect fit. We cannot wait to see him display his culinary magic for the guests who visit our estate.”
