"End Posts, JOLO’s premier fine dining experience, is proud to introduce Brian Brown as its Executive Chef.

Chef Brown brings over ten years of experience to the table, including owning his own restaurant, holding executive chef positions at five star resorts, traveling the world as a yacht chef, and working at award wining vineyards in the Napa Valley. He also received extensive training at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena, California.

“The timing couldn’t have been better,” says Kristen Ray, Founder of End Posts and Director of Membership Experience at JOLO Winery & Vineyards. “We were in need of a chef with extraordinary vision to provide the experience of a lifetime for our wedding and event guests as well as our restaurant guests and Brian was the perfect fit.  We cannot wait to see him display his culinary magic for the guests who visit our estate.”

“We are excited to have Chef Brian here with us at JOLO Winery and Vineyards," says JW Ray, Founder and Vintner.  "With his stewardship, I am confident that we will make End Posts Restaurant and JOLO Winery & Vineyards the finest boutique food and wine experience in the beautiful state of North Carolina.”

Ready to make his way back to the South, Brown is eager to impress food and wine connoisseurs by delivering the freshest food available paired with JOLO wine and regionally crafted beers.

“To be able to bring my vision to life and create a renowned dining experience at a new vineyard is a remarkable opportunity,” says Chef Brown. “I plan to set culinary standards at JOLO one ingredient at a time."

Chef Brown’s menu will make its debut April 5th, 2014 at the grand opening of JOLO Winery & Vineyards. For more information visit To make reservations for a fine dining experience, wedding, or corporate event like no other click here to email or call (336) 614-0013."
