Betsy Gauthier named Customer Relations Manager at COR365 Information Solutions

"COR365 Information Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Betsy Gauthier to the position of Customer Relations Manager.

Prior to joining COR365, she was founder and president of Loco for Coco Gourmet Chocolate, Inc., a successful chocolate company she founded in Greensboro in 2007 and sold in 2012. It is still in business today.

Prior to starting Coco Loco, Betsy was Customer Relations Executive with DataChambers Records Management from 2004 to 2007, excelling in sales, marketing, customer relations, new business development and relationship management.

“Betsy Gauthier is a tremendous asset to our operations and we are pleased that she has rejoined our company in this capacity,” said Chris Kelley, Chief Executive Officer of COR365. “She has helped us make many positive improvements in our service to customers and helped streamline our approach to business development.”

In 2009 Betsy was honored by the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce as Business Women of the Year which recognized Loco for Coco Gourmet Chocolate’s consistent 9 percent annual growth from 2007-2012.

Betsy has been an active member of in the Greensboro business community, serving as an Ambassador for the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Greensboro Merchants Association, a founding board member of Triad Local First and past President of Business Women of the Triad. She is also active in such community groups as United Way, Hospice Corks for KidsPath, Next Step Ministries and The Woman’s Resource Center.

She and her husband Peter are the parents of two adult children and have made their home in the Triad area of North Carolina for the past 18 years.
