"The Camel City Gooners, the official Arsenal F.C. Supporters Club and ArsenalAmerica branch of Winston-Salem, NC, are excited to announce that match day viewings for the 2014-15 season will be held at Small Batch Beer Company, located downtown at 241 West 5th Street.
This new partnership will officially launch with the FA Cup Final viewing of Arsenal F.C. versus Hull City F.C. on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 12:00 PM. Admission is free.
“We are big fans of what Small Batch has brought to the Winston-Salem community and believe in their mission to provide a place for soccer fans to come together and cheer on the teams they love,” said Branch Manager Jeff Markman. “For us, the move will provide an opportunity to grow our group and partner with an innovative local business to benefit both Arsenal fans and the community at large.”
Established in 2013 by founders Tim Walker, Ryan Blain and Cliff Etchason, Small Batch Beer Company is a Nano-brewery and pub specializing in craft beers and cocktails.
“We are very excited to be hosting the Arsenal Supporters Group here at Small Batch,” said Walker. “This brings us a step closer to being Winston-Salem’s premier soccer bar. We look forward to this great partnership and the continued growth of the soccer community in Winston-Salem.”
