Arrest Made in 2010 Fatal Shooting

"GREENSBORO, NC (July 30, 2014) –  Nearly four years after Rodney Len Frazier was found fatally shot on his front porch, police have arrested the man they believe is responsible for his murder.

On Dec. 28, 2010, Frazier, then 40 years old, struggled with two men who forced entry into his home at 923 Omaha Street. The men physically assaulted Frazier and his older brother, Michael Anthony Frazier, before shooting the younger Frazier and fleeing.

Curtis attempted to flee from officers while he was being admitted into the Greensboro Jail Central. Police took him back into custody before he left the premises. In addition to a First Degree Murder Charge, he now also faces a charge of Prison Breach and Escape from a County or Municipal Confinement Facilities or Officers. He is confined without bond.
