Fullsteam Brewery at Fairview Dining Room Third in the Summer Beer Dinner Series

Durham, N.C., July 23, 2014 — Sean Lilly Wilson, brewmaster and founder of Durham’s Fullsteam Brewery, is teaming up with Executive Chef Jason Cunningham and Chef de Cuisine Murray Healy for Fullsteam Brewery’s fourth anniversary celebration. On Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014 the stellar team will present a multi-course menu paired with five Fullsteam selections at the Fairview Dining Room. This is the third and final special beer dinner in the Inn’s 2014 summer series that included Mystery Brewing Beer and Carolina Brewing, in June and July respectively. Both the Inn and Fullsteam pride themselves on partnering with Carolina farmers and artisans for the finest locally grown ingredients to make its masterful creations and this evening will be no exception.
