The victim stated the suspect entered the residence by removing a window air conditioning unit and that the suspect displayed a knife and took property before fleeing on foot. No injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as a white-male in his 20’s with short brown hair and wearing a dark, short sleeved shirt and checkered shorts.
The investigation is ongoing.
