Greek Bake Sale at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church

"On Saturday, November 15^TH from 8:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m., the Ladies Philoptochos Society will host its 57^TH annual Fall Bake Sale

at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 435 Keating Drive. The bake sale offers traditional Greek pastries served throughout the day.  Lunch and dinner are served beginning at 11 a.m.  There is no charge for admission.

100 percent of the proceeds benefit local and national charities.  The Ladies Philoptochos Society works diligently to give to those in need.  Philoptochos literally means “friend of the poor.”

The lunch and dinner menu includes Mousaka plate, Greek style Chicken or Pork Souvlaki with rice.  All are served with spanakopeta, green beans, Greek salad, a roll and beverage.  Pastries for sale include:  Baklava, Koulourakia, Kourambiedes, Finikia, Loukoumades and many more.  The pastries have been lovingly made by the ladies of the church.  Gift boxes are available for sale and the pastries freeze nicely for upcoming holiday occasions.

Take out orders are available by calling ahead to 765-FOOD.  If you love Greek food, you’ll love this bake sale.  Please come and bring a friend.
