The North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) Foundation, in collaboration with Senior Resources of Guilford is offering a free legal clinic, Project Grace, that will inform individuals and assist them in preparing a Living Will & Health Care Power of Attorney.

"Senior Resources of Guilford will host Project Grace, a free legal clinic for individuals and families who lack financial means to pay for needed legal services. 

Qualified clients will receive legal advice and assistance with the preparation of living wills and health care powers of attorney. The clinic will be sponsored by the North Carolina Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and takes place Saturday, February 21, 2015 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Greensboro Senior Center at Senior Resources of Guilford located in the Dorothy Bardolph Human Services building at 301 E. Washington Street, Greensboro, NC on the corner of E. Washington Street and Church Street in downtown Greensboro. Parking is available behind the building. No reservations are required.

The NCBA Foundation Endowment was established to help fund legally-related service projects within the NCBA and NCBA Foundation and other North Carolina legal groups. These projects respond to current and future legally-related needs that are often times unforeseen and support projects that study, improve and facilitate the administration of justice, build respect for, and understanding of, the law, enhance the professional competence of lawyers, support the delivery of legal services to eligible indigent communities and support legally-related community service projects.
