KEM Concert Canceled at Greensboro Coliseum

"The KEM show scheduled at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex on Friday, Nov. 13 has been cancelled.

AEG Live announced today that it has adjusted the schedule of the “Promise To Love Tour”, starring KEM with special guest, Tamar Braxton.

“For reasons beyond our control, it became necessary to revise the tour schedule," said Jeff Sharp of AEG Live. "Our goal is to always provide a high-quality experience for both the artist and the fans, and we look forward to doing just that for KEM and his fans in the future."

For all tickets booked online or by phone for cancelled tour dates, the credit card used will automatically be refunded within 30 days. If the original credit card used for the purchase is no longer valid or with other issues, please contact place of purchase or local venue. For all tickets purchased at an outlet, present tickets and credit card used for purchase at that outlet for refund. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser with photo ID.

Refunds for VIP Packages purchased for cancelled tour dates will be automatically refunded within 30 days. For issues with VIP Package refunds, please contact CID Entertainment at guestservices@cidentertainment.com.


Fans who purchased (2) tickets to the Promise To Love Tour will receive one (1) physical copy of KEM’s Promise To Love CD, along with one (1) download of the album, regardless to whether their show was cancelled.
