"On October 08, 2015 at 2:40 a.m., officers responded to a single car accident on East Market Street near Holt’s Chapel Road. Once on scene, they learned the victim, Michael Lovett, had suffered a gunshot wound prior to the accident. At the time of the accident, Mr. Lovett was driving a white in color 2014 BMW 535i, similar to the one pictured above. He was transported to a local hospital in critical condition, and passed away on Oct.10, 2015 from his injuries.
