LIVE TRIVIA SHOW LAUNCHED IN THE TRIAD, FEATURING FIRST RESPONDERS AS CONTESTANTS BLENDING GAME SHOW FUN WITH PHILANTHROPY

Selfless: Do Unto Others” live game show at the C3 Event Center

"Save The Arts Foundation, Inc. presents the live trivia game show “SELFLESS: Do Unto Others.” The show will begin at 6:00pm on Nov. 21 at C3 Event Center, 300 NC Highway 68, Greensboro, NC. The trivia show challenges 3 contestants in competition, to win money to split with their favorite nonprofit organization in Guilford County.  First Responders of the Greensboro Police Department, Greensboro Fire Department and Guilford County EMS will be the featured contestants for this event.

SELFLESS is a live show that provides individuals with a way to raise money for their favorite charitable organization and allows nonprofits to educate the community on their local and national efforts.  A contestant can win as much as $5,000 to share with their favorite charitable organization. There will be lots of audience participation and engagement. On November 21st Captain Mike Richey from the Greensboro Police Department will be playing to benefit Greensboro Crime Stoppers.  Captain Kelly D. Giles of the Greensboro Fire Department will be playing to benefit Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro.  Nicole Davis of Guilford County EMS will be playing to benefit The Tammy Wilson Foundation.

“We are very excited to have first responders as contestants on our next game show.”” says Yohmina Kasey, Executive Producer and creator of SELFLESS. “These local heroes will take center stage in order to further give back to the community as they do on their daily jobs.”

This event is designed to provide the community with a different style of entertainment, while at the same time building cohesion and relationships among citizens and charitable organizations in our community.

“SELFLESS: Do Unto Others Live Game Show,” is currently inviting the entire community out as  audience members to give back to those nonprofits that endlessly give. If one is interested in becoming a contestant on the show in our 2016 line up,  they must complete an online registration form from  selflessusa.com. Contestants are chosen 4 weeks prior to each game date.  Nonprofits must also be registered and verified with the show by completing an online registration form from selflessusa.com. Contestants that would like their winnings to go to a particular nonprofit must indicate that upon registration.

Tickets are on sale now at www.selflessusa.com.  This event is free for children 12 and under.  All other tickets are $12.  Groups of 12 or more may take advantage of the group sale price of $10 per ticket.
