The Empire Room in Greensboro plays host to a music event this Friday, the 28th (a.k.a. –“Black Friday”) that's certain to cure those Black Friday blues. The Blue Turkey Ball, a rockin' evening of live blues and southern rock, is put on by the Piedmont Blues Preservation Society. They promise plenty of (non – turkey) edibles, a full bar and music from Rob Massengale, Sophisticated Blues, Blues World Order, and Jody Lee Petty.
