The Rev. Cardes Brown confirms that Greensboro police Officer AJ Blake has been fired by interim Chief Dwight Crotts, and plans to appeal the decision to City Manager Rashad Young.
Meanwhile, suspended Capt. Charles Cherry sends a new memo to Young today adding "denial of earned compensation" to his litany of alleged mistreatment.
