**ALERT** Time Change for Triad Dog Games June 7–8: Inaugural Triad Dog Games To Benefit The Sergei Foundation


A community event and dog competition
to raise money for sick and injured pets

Winston-Salem, N.C. (June 4, 2014) To be of proactive service to our community and accommodate for potential traffic blocks for dignitaries present for Maya Angelou's private funeral, The Sergei Foundation has changed the event time of Triad Dog Games on Saturday, June 7 to a new time frame of 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., still to be held at Reynolda Village in Winston-Salem. Sunday's times remain unchanged at 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.  As some events for Triad Dog Games were scheduled to utilize part of Wake Forest University, those have been relocated to areas in Reynolda Village. "In times like this, we all need to be a flexible. This is a solemn occasion for the private friends and family of Maya Angelou, and we respect that," states The Sergei Foundation's founder and president, Karen Fullerton.  "We have been blessed to even have the opportunity to reschedule Saturday's events, as it is only a result of the wonderful support from our area businesses, rescue groups, dog competition organizations, and volunteers — all a part of this triad-wide event who are committed to this fundraiser for our cause to save sick and injured companion pets."
