"At 9:38 p.m. June 4—Greensboro Police responded to the intersection of Rankin Road and Summit Ave. in reference to a robbery from person. Responding Officers located 25-year old Antonio Collins who stated approximately 20 minutes earlier, he was driving on Southern Webbing Mill Road near Alexsandria Road. He attempted to make a U-turn when he was approached by a black-male brandishing a handgun. The subject took his pants, shoes and his 2006 Honda Accord and left the scene. The suspect was described as wearing a black hat and wearing red shorts.
The Honda Accord was subsequently recovered by Officers at the dead end of Alexsandria Road. The investigation is ongoing.
Eastern Division Patrol Officers responded to this incident.
