New Businesses moving into Brookstown Centre

"On Sun., June 22, from 12- 4pm an open house/grand opening of the businesses located at 301 Brookstown Ave. has been planned. This will be a great time to meet all of the new tenants, see what they have for sale, and sample some amazing items.

Three new businesses have joined a successful hair salon in revitalizing a prominent property in the shadow of downtown.  Alkali Hair Studio has become one of the area’s best salons since their opening in 2010. They have seen several neighbors come and go at Brookstown Centre over the years. In the past two months, 301 Brookstown Avenue has become a busy address with several new businesses opening in the building.

Twin City Hive is a neighborhood coffee shop which features award winning artisanal chocolates and baked goods by Haute Chocolate as well as the top rated Segway tours of downtown provided by Revolution Gliding Tours. The owners wanted to highlight the great things about Winston-Salem. Twin City Hive features North Carolina roasted coffees, locally blended teas, rotating space for local artists, and uniquely curated gift items from local vendors.

Di Lisio's Italian restaurant owned by Tony and Maria Di Lisio is quickly becoming everyone's favorite little Italian place to eat. Enjoy a delicious authentic Italian meal made by owner and chef Tony Di Lisio, a native of Naples, Italy. A newly extended Italian wine menu can also be enjoyed with your meal either on the relaxing outdoor patio or in the quaint dining room.


wholePET is a holistic, upscale pet boutique currently located on Country Club Rd. in the Gordon Manor area of Winston-Salem. The owners are excited to announce that they will be relocating the boutique to the Brookstown Centre in August. As part of their move, they will be unveiling a new name and logo. The new store will offer holistic dog & cat foods and treats, unique collars, toys, pet beds, apparel and other pet accessories, including gift items for pet lovers."
