Enjoy a Guided Tour: Highlights of the North Carolina Museum of Art with TAG

   
"Theatre Art Galleries will visit one of the southeast’s premier museums, the North Carolina Museum of Art, on Thursday, September 25th. Enjoy our Guided Tour:  Highlights of the North Carolina Museum of Art. Discover a world of art in this welcoming introduction to the Museum’s permanent collection. From Egyptian mummy cases and Italian Renaissance masterpieces to thought-provoking modern and contemporary works, this tour has it all.
    Following lunch there will be time to independently explore some of the many special exhibits, including:  “Line, Touch, Trace” organized by Greenhill in Greensboro, features hand-drawn works by 13 North Carolina artists who use graphite, ballpoint pen, conté crayon, ink, or charcoal to explore drawing in its relationship to thought processes.  Included are works by TAG exhibiting artists Isaac Payne, Kiki Farish and John Gall.
   TAG on wheels is only $30 for TAG members, $35 for non-members.  This includes transportation in our luxury motor coach, museum entry, and guided tour. There is an optional lunch available for $20 with reserved seating in the restaurant, Iris, inside the museum. (Seating is strictly limited to the first 40 reservations).

    Your payment is your reservation.  Register online at www.tagart.org/events, or call our office at 336-887-2137.  Book early as space is limited.  No refunds, but tickets are transferrable.  RSVP by September 19th.

    We will leave from the TAG lobby promptly at 8:30am and return by 4:00pm. Theatre Art Galleries is located in downtown High Point at 220 E.
