"GREENSBORO, NC (Dec. 9, 2015) – Greensboro police are currently on the scene of a double shooting that was reported at 1:23 pm today.
Officers were dispatched to the 3300 block of Beck St. after G911 received several calls reporting a drive-by shooting with one person shot. Callers reported seeing a white four-door car with several occupants at the time of the shooting. The vehicle and its occupants then fled the area.
Upon arrival, police found a second shooting victim in a vehicle down a nearby embankment. One victim was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening wounds. The condition of the second victim is being temporarily withheld in order to assist with the investigative process. Neither victim has been positively identified.
Police are currently interviewing witnesses and others who may have information. At this time, witnesses’ accounts of the incident vary. Detectives are attempting to gather information that can help identify the suspects.
