THE AVETT BROTHERS ANNOUNCE NEW YEAR’S EVE SHOW AT GREENSBORO COLISEUM

"THE AVETT BROTHERS announced today that they will be returning to North Carolina’s Greensboro Coliseum Complex for a not to be missed New Year’s Eve Show.

The band has a long history of performing at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. In 2007 and 2008 the group sold out War Memorial Auditorium and in 2011 they sold out White Oak Amphitheatre, selling nearly 8,000 tickets for an all-time venue record. Finally, in 2013 at their last Greensboro Coliseum, NYE show they sold over 13,000 tickets and performed an unforgettable show!

Tickets for this year’s New Year’s Eve show go on sale September 18th at 10 a.m. and can be found at www.ticketmaster.com, all Ticketmaster outlets, charge-by-phone at 1-800-745-3000 and the Greensboro Coliseum box office.

THE AVETT BROTHERS are also in the process of working with Rick Rubin on their ninth full-length studio album.

During 2009, THE AVETT BROTHERS made mainstream waves with their lauded major label debut, I and Love and You. It landed at #16 on the Billboard Top 200 and garnered unanimous critical acclaim from Rolling Stone, Paste, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and Time, who even dubbed it one of Top 10 albums of the year. 2012 saw The Carpenter hit #4 on the Billboard Top 200—their highest bow to date—while People, USA Today, and American Songwriter lauded the album. The group graced the stage of Jimmy Kimmel LIVE! twice in merely a few months' time. During the second performance, they invited the Brooklyn Philharmonic Orchestra along to pay homage to Brooklyn with "I and Love and You" as personally requested by Mr. Kimmel. Their eighth studio album, Magpie and the Dandelion, went on to debut at #5 on the Billboard Top 200, while they performed on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno and The Late Show with David Letterman as well as joining legendary Soundgarden singer Chris Cornell for a rapturous Pearl Jam tribute on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. A string of sold out shows followed as the boys continue to dream up their next step."

HUNTER HAYES REWARDS TRIAD FANS BY ADDING NOV. 19 SHOW AT LJVM TO 21 TOUR

Tickets go on sale
Friday, Aug. 28 at 10AM!

"After launching what Billboard called “country’s biggest digital experiment to date” with the streaming and digital release of his new single “21”– already resulting in nearly 21 million global streams of “21” in less than 10 weeks, and counting – Hunter Hayes continues to explore new ways to connect with his audience. Earlier this year, the tech-savvy artist collaborated with streaming music service Spotify to help route his upcoming 21 Tour by identifying college markets with a high density of passionate Hunter Hayes fans.

The first round of dates for the 21 Tour will include a Nov. 19 stop at Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Special guest Ryan Lafferty will open the show at 8 p.m.

Tickets will go on sale to the public at Friday, Aug. 28 at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster.com, the Greensboro Coliseum box office, Bridger Field House box office or by phone at 1-800-745-3000.

“I’ve been calling this the year to be brave, because we’ve really been pushing ourselves to try new things, whether it’s how we release new music or how we go on tour,” said Hayes. “Our fans are everything to us, and it’s so incredible we have a way to reward our biggest fans to create even more cool opportunities together.”

For the 21 Tour, which will be a limited run of 21 dates in 21 U.S. cities, Hayes is scaling back from his current arena show to create a more up-close-and-personal experience for his fans. Together with Spotify, Hayes will reward his biggest fans in each of the 21 cities with pre-sale access to tickets and offer the top 21 fans in each market prizes including early entry to the show, meet-and-greet opportunities, signed memorabilia, and more. The fan who streams Hayes’ music the most in each market – including Winston-Salem - will also be rewarded with a one-year subscription to Spotify Premium.

“Hunter is laser-focused on building connections with his fans and has completely embraced streaming on Spotify as a core means to that goal, “ said Katie Schlosser, Director, Label Relations North America at Spotify. “It’s been incredibly rewarding working so closely with Hunter and his team. This collaboration has helped define our entire release strategy and we continue to explore bold new ways to deepen the relationship between Hunter and his audience.”

Hayes will continue on the Wheels Up Tour with Lady Antebellum and Sam Hunt through the end of summer. For more information and the latest updates, visit www.HunterHayes.com or follow on Twitter / Instagram @HunterHayes and www.Facebook.com/HunterHayes.
