Clint
Black Wed, October 14 • 7:00pm

Prolific
singer-songwriter Clint Black has long been heralded as one of Country music’s
brightest stars. Black’s continued success can be attributed to his deep sense
of country music history and his humble gratitude in being a part of it. The
1989 debut of his critically acclaimed fan favorite, the Triple Platinum Killin’ Time, marked a shift
in the industry, with a return to the more traditional sounds of the genre. CMT
lists this album as one of the 100 Greatest Albums in Country Music. For Black,
Killin’ Time was
only the beginning. Put Yourself
in My Shoes followed in 1990, and quickly went Triple Platinum.
Since then, Black has had nearly two dozen #1 hit singles, and almost as many
Top 5 and Top 10 hits – all of them his original compositions, which is itself
a notable rarity in popular music.

THE
Hot Sardines Tues, January 26 • 8:00pm
TICKETS ON SALE FRIDAY, AUGUST 14, AT NOON
It's a great American
success story worthy of the cinema: a born-and-bred NYC actor meets a
Parisian-born writer at an open jazz jam over a noodle shop in Manhattan, and
before you could say "Bourbon Street Parade," The Hot Sardines were
bringing their contagious brand of joy to audiences all over the world.
Bandleader Evan "Bibs" Palazzo and lead singer "Miz
Elizabeth" Bougerol combine with the Sardine ensemble of powerhouse
musicians - and their very own tap dancer - to play "hot jazz" as it
was in the era when live music was king: with a little glamour, a little
grit, and a lot of passion. Even while giving voice to the history-defining
jazz of the 1920s, '30s, and '40s, The Hot Sardines' vibrant performances
bridge generations and captivate 21st-century audiences. Vanity Fair applauds their
"unique repertoire, and a sound and style that are distinctly their
own."
Tickets are $47.50 for
premium orchestra pit seating, $34.50, $27.50, $20.00 or $10.00, depending on
location.
