Carolina Ale House to Host Kid’s Night with Santa to Raise Money for Boys & Girls Club

10% of All Day Food
Sales To Be Donated

"Winston-Salem, NC – On Tuesday, December 15, Carolina Ale House will partner with The Salvation Army International Boys & Girls Club to raise money for local children in need. 10% of all food sales for the day will be donated to the local Boys & Girls Clubs. From 5-8pm Santa will be in the building along with Bolt, the Winston-Salem Dash mascot. Bolt will be signing autographs and Tuesdays’ $0.99 Kids Meal specials will be available.

“The greatest of all mistakes is to do nothing because you think you can only do a little,” stated Dustin Hollar, Manager of Carolina Ale House – Winston-Salem. “We are honored we can help make a difference for the children in our local community and help give them a Christmas they may not otherwise receive.”

As part of the event Carolina Ale House will be sponsoring three families from the Boys & Girls Club and feeding 13 children from the Center of Hope. Center of Hope is an emergency family and single women shelter affiliated with The Salvation Army International Boys & Girls Club.

The Salvation Army International Boys & Girls Club Proceeds from this event will be given to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Winston-Salem to help buy sporting equipment and other items for children in need. In every community, boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship in the streets. An increasing number of children are at home with no adult care or supervision. Young people need to know that someone cares about them. Boys & Girls Clubs offer that, and more. Club programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence.
